To fully safeguard privacy, Villa Pianoia is let out exclusively to one group at a time. With the possibility of using the adjacent stone apartment, the property can accommodate up to a maximum of 22 people.
On request, it is possible to rent this property in a reduced format:

(without the use of the double sofa bed). - Up to 12 guests
(without the use of one lounge and 1 bedroom). - Up to 10 guests
(without the use of one lounge and 2 bedrooms).
